Hi @DLorde ,
I will put again this answer for better visibility, at least to the others who have the same issue as you.
As mentioned earlier in the very first answer, the Entra ID tenant was created when you subscribed to any Microsoft on business products. However, we were not able to explain to you as we do not have the internal tool to check on your tenant ID to give you a deeper answer on this - which remains inconvenient.
If you believe that you do not have any subscription on business side - then you do not need to worry about it as it will not your personal Microsoft account as well as its subscription. If you still suspect and need to investigate, the only direct way is to subscribe a trial tenant which allows you to get into the Admin Center and then raise the ticket about the provided tenant ID, the Microsoft Support Team will be able to help you identify which tenant it is and which email address is the Global Administrator's address - assuming that the Microsoft support hotline number could not provide you the solution which resulted in going in a circle.
As the forum moderators, we are trying the best to give you the right direction as well as explanation despite having no accesses to internal database. We apologize for any inconveniences caused by this issue, and we really hope that this could get solved.
You could follow this link: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/business/microsoft-365-plans-and-pricing?msockid=3eb6980b5c6860e63a588d0c5d1761d6 to get a trial in order to raise the ticket (when you could access to M365 Admin Center) and then cancel it once everything has been clarified. The question order should be:
- Provide your tenant ID and ask which domain/address that represents this ID.
- Ask about the Global Administrator of that tenant.
- Ask about the relationship or any pending subscription.
- Ask about any other things you are worried.
If you prefer to be contacted, consider following Bandela's original answer for offline help so he could provide you the assistance directly. My suggestion above is also a good choice if you would like to clarify all things again - and please make sure to turn off the trial renewal when you are contacting Microsoft Support Team.
