We have multiple VPNs in an on-premises setup within the same region and can we use them to connect to a single Azure VPN gateway? how does this work, and can we use any type of the load balancer in such scenarios? or any other additional resource is required from our end? Can anyone explain me step by step configuration of the above scenario?

    Hi @Mike

Could you please elaborate your exact requirement?

If you'd like to know how you can connect multiple sites to a VPN Gateway, you can follow this: VPN Gateway site-to-site connections.

The VPN Gateway will take care of the bandwidth and throughput, no need to add a Load Balancer here.
