Locked Out of Global Admin Account – MFA Reset Required
Dear Microsoft Support,
I need urgent assistance regaining access to the only Global Administrator account for our Microsoft 365 tenant linked to the domain dav-co.ir.
The account (******@dav-co.ir) was protected with MFA via Microsoft Authenticator, which was lost due to a factory reset of the mobile device. No backup was configured, and I am now completely locked out.
There are no other admin accounts in the tenant, so I am unable to reset MFA myself. Please assist with recovery.
