Problem in adding a payment method

While adding the payment method it showing check all details or try new cards. All the details filled was correct and when i use new card it is showing the same message.

    Verify all information you entered (card number, expiration date, name on the card, and billing address) matches exactly what appears on your card and bank statement.

    Please confirm that your account has enough funds to support the payment.

    Some cards may not be accepted in all regions. For example, American Express may not be supported in certain countries.

    Contact your bank to make sure the card is active and not blocked.

    Virtual or prepaid cards are not accepted for payments. Please use a standard debit or credit card.
