Hi, the official answer from Microsoft Support, which i received yesterday:

"Microsoft has acknowledged the rollout of Copilot Studio custom engine agents across Microsoft 365, including mobile platforms. This includes support for:

    • Microsoft Teams
    • Microsoft 365 Copilot on desktop
    • Planned expansion to mobile apps (iOS and Android)

However, the Microsoft 365 Roadmap site does not currently list a dedicated roadmap ID for mobile enablement of custom agents. This suggests the feature is either bundled under broader Copilot extensibility updates or still in internal preview.

Monitor the roadmap: Keep an eye on Microsoft 365 Roadmap Microsoft 365 Roadmap | Microsoft 365 for updates."

Here’s a quick checklist if your agent isn’t showing in the Copilot 365 mobile app:

Right Environment – Ensure you're logged into the correct tenant and environment.

Channel Published – Agent must be published to Microsoft 365 (Teams/Outlook) in Copilot Studio.

Mobile App Updated – Use the latest version of the Microsoft 365 or Copilot app.

Agent Discovery – Search by exact name in Copilot or try triggering with /copilot.

Propagation Delay – It may take a few minutes to appear after publishing.

    Thanks,

    Ayush Giri

If you can't see agents in the Copilot 365 mobile app, there are a few things you can check:

    1. Feature Activation: Ensure that the Copilot feature is activated in your organization. You can check this in the Copilot & agent capabilities settings.
    2. User Permissions: Verify that your user account has the necessary permissions to access the agents. Admins can control access to Copilot agents, and it may be set to allow only specific users or groups.
    3. App Availability: Check if the agents have been deployed to your account. Admins can deploy agents for the whole organization or for specific users or groups.
    4. Personalization Settings: Sometimes, personalization settings may hide certain features. Ensure that nothing is hidden in your app settings.

If these steps do not resolve the issue, you may want to reach out to your organization's IT support for further assistance.
