How do I associate Azure credits from the start-up founders hub with an Azure subscription

I have been awarded some Azure credits via the Start Up founders hub.

When I go to create an Azure subscription, I can only create a subscription which is pay-as-you-go, student, or Azure in Open. I can't see a way to create a subscription using the credits.

If I sign in to the Founders Hub portal, I can see the total balance available, but I can't see if or how to redeem.

Please help.

    Hi Ethan Richardson,

To utilize the Azure credits provided through the Microsoft for Startups Founders Hub, it is essential to activate them within 90 days of accepting the offer. This activation is required in order to link the credits to your Azure subscription and begin using them effectively.

Steps to Activate Your Azure Credits:

Sign in to your account at the Microsoft for Startups Founders Hub.

On the Home page, locate the "Activate your Azure Account" section.

Click on the "Activate Azure" button and follow the on-screen instructions to link your Microsoft account and complete the registration process.

Once the activation is successful, your Azure credits will be associated with your Azure subscription.

You can monitor your credit balance and usage through the Azure Sponsorships Portal.

    Troubleshooting Activation or Subscription Issues:

If you are unable to create a subscription using the provided credits, or only see options such as “Pay-As-You-Go,” please ensure that:

The activation process in the Founders Hub was fully completed.

The credits are correctly associated with your Microsoft account.

If issues persist, we recommend reaching out to Microsoft for Startups Founders Hub support for further assistance.
