M365: Non-Admin Users Unable to Access or Create Agents - Need Settings Guidance

I am an admin and have the option to select agents that were created by Microsoft or create my own agents within m365.cloud.microsoft. As a result, I know that my environment has had these capabilities deployed.

I have non-admin users that do not see an agent section on this site or the Apps section to allow them to select agents like the Idea Coach, Writing Coach, or the new frontier agent (Researcher or Analyst).

Are there settings that are required to allow my users to work with agents?

    Hi,

To access agents like Idea Coach or Writing Coach in Microsoft 365, users must have the appropriate Copilot license assigned and enabled. Additionally, access to the agent files (usually stored in SharePoint or OneDrive) must be granted. If users don’t see the Agents or Apps section, it could be due to admin restrictions, missing permissions, or the feature not being fully rolled out in your tenant. Please ensure the user has the correct license, service plans are enabled, and access permissions are properly configured. Let me know if you'd like help checking these settings.

    Thanks,

    Smit Agrawal
