Hello Team,
I am not able to find out the account through which I went for certification AZ-204. Its time to renew the certification, kindly help me to which account these certificates are linked with so that I can login into same account and proceed with renewal process?

I am attaching certificates for your reference. I am looking for email Id associated to it.
