Unable to set up MFA and one time password code in my school account in Microsoft Authenticator

I cannot setup one time password codes or set up 2 step verification or create passkey in my account. But, i actually can do it in my personal account. Below I attached my images.(Email removed for privacy) is my account and on the other side is my friend's account. I have no problem with Authenticator app before suddenly it happened like this. I did not receive the code as I cannot to activate the MFA and one time passcode. I have deleted my account and still the face the same problem.

    As forum moderators, we don’t have access to the detailed system needed to troubleshoot this effectively due to privacy and security constraints. To quickly resolve this and regain access, the most effective step is contacting your school's IT Support or Help Desk directly, as they are best equipped to address and resolve this type of issue efficiently.    

    We suggest you contact your Global Administrator to ask them to follow this article to proceed to reset your 2FA so that you could re-register again: Manage authentication methods for Microsoft Entra multifactor authentication - Microsoft Entra ID | Microsoft Learn
