I’m very concerned—I took AZ-305 exam more than 3 weeks ago and still haven’t received my transcript. Support hasn’t resolved this, and it’s impacting my career plans. Can someone please escalate this issue urgently?

Hi Saideep,

Thanks for the details. I have AZ-104 certification which is active. I have an active case with Microsoft support since 3 weeks, but no one is giving me any updates.

It is very disappointing that after chasing multiple times there are no updates unfortunately.

I need to make a complaint about this as chasing multiple times is not really helping, its been 3 weeks and I have no updates at all. I keep getting the same message saying please give us 5 business days everytime I reply to Microsoft.

Please advise me what is the complaint procedure. I want to make an official complaint about this.

I have already done these steps multiple times but nothing has helped.

As I mentioned earlier, I have an active Microsoft support ticket, but no one is giving me any updates. I am stuck and not sure how long this is going to take to be sorted. Who can I contact in Microsoft for assistance. Is there any email address for Microsoft Support who handles with certification related problems?

That thread is not helpful unfortunately. Please check the details in the thread, it doesnt provide any contact details. Can you please provide me:

a) Email address or contact number of the team who I can contact.

b) An email address or contact number to launch an official complaint about this.

Someone need to look into this to understand whats really happening here.

They often redirect users to the Q&A platform or the support portal.

While Microsoft typically does not monitor direct email for certification issues, some internal documents suggest using the alias:
AskLearning@microsoft.com for escalations when standard channels fail 5.

2. Phone Support (India)

If you prefer to speak with someone, you can call:

Pearson VUE India Support: 8000504168
Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM IST .

3. Avoid Unmonitored Channels

Emails like microsoft-noreply@microsoft.com and AzCommunity@microsoft.com are not monitored for support follow-up

You have been the most helpful person I have come across in Microsoft so far since I am facing this issue. I have sent an email to AskLearning@microsoft.com and hoping someone response to the email.

Its very strange that there is no complaint mailbox or a specific escalation mailbox in Microsoft.

In case no one replies to this mailbox, any ideas who to contact?

If your support case is already open but stagnant, you can escalate it using:

GetHelp Portal: aka.ms/GetHelp Enter your existing support case number and follow the prompts. This routes your request to a Relationship Manager who will respond within 4 business hours
