Custom Domain verification

I created a custom domain in Microsoft Entra. In order to verify it I added the required TXT record in DNS settings but it is still cannot be verified. Below is the error message:

"Failed to verify domain name aym1.com"

I used 3rd party tool - https://dnschecker.org/#TXT/aym1.com to confirm that the TXT record is propagated.

Please advise.

    According to this, that domain is already associated with a tenant:
