My Azure subscription has been disabled due to suspected policy violations, but I believe this was a mistake.

I am currently able to log in to the Azure Portal, but I cannot reactivate the subscription or create a support ticket. The portal shows this message:

“Contact Azure Support to reactivate your subscription. We’ve identified suspicious activity in your subscription. To protect your account, we’ve disabled the subscription. Please contact Azure support to reactivate your subscription.”

Additionally, I attempted to update my payment method, but received this error:

“You don’t have permission to add a payment method. Your billing role only supports replacing the default payment method on work or school accounts. Support for Microsoft accounts and guest users is coming soon.”
