    Hello Tulsi Bhoyar,

Based on your description, it looks like you're encountering error code AADSTS5000224 while accessing the Azure Portal. This error typically occurs when authentication for your Azure tenant has been temporarily disabled due to a recent security incident. To resolve this, we need to re-enable authentication for your tenant.

I’ll need a few details to coordinate with our engineering team. Please share the following information via private message, as it contains personally identifiable information (PII):

    • The affected tenant’s onmicrosoft.com domain name or TenantId
    • The Global Administrator’s User Principal Name (UPN)

Once I receive these details, I will work with the engineering team to re-enable authentication in your tenant.
