I took the AZ-900 certification exam online today (25th June 2025) and received confirmation that I passed. However, the result and certificate have not yet appeared in my Microsoft Certification Dashboard.

I took the AZ-900 certification exam online today (25th June 2025) and received confirmation that I passed. However, the result and certificate have not yet appeared in my Microsoft Certification Dashboard.

Is there usually a delay before the certification updates on the profile? If so, how long does it typically take? Would appreciate any insights or similar experiences.

Hi Krishna,

Officially it can take up to 48 hours after passing exam for certificate to show up on your Certifications tab. In my experience it takes from minutes to couple of hours after exam.

If it doesn't show up after 48 hours you will need to ask question in Microsoft Credentials forum. There are support moderators over there that can get it to show up on your profile. You may use link below to ask question over there:
