Azure Marketplace offering - "Could not create the marketplace offering. Gallery item is required"

I have gone through the Publishing flow for my Azure marketplace app. The preview works fine but the published version just says:
"Could not create marketplace item. Gallery item is required, no gallery item is provided."

I included an app icon which shows in the preview. I'm not sure what it's asking for.

    Initially got the same error on first try. Then i refreshed my browser and it simply worked...
