Azure AD B2C only Admin locked out

I have created a Azure B2C Tenant. I cant get access to it, so I cant close the tenant and I cant leave the tenant. It keeps asking me for MFA when trying to get it. But MFA is not set up on my device. So catch 22.

    The issue pertains to a tenant lockout, where no other global admin in the tenant has the necessary permissions to re-register MFA.
