Locked out as sole Global Administrator due to lost Microsoft Authenticator

Hello,

I am the only Global Administrator of my Microsoft tenant (licenciaspsicol.onmicrosoft.com), and I lost access to my Microsoft Authenticator app. I do not have backup authentication methods or any other admin accounts available.

I am completely locked out and unable to sign in to my account. I kindly request that this be escalated to the Microsoft Data Protection Team to help me regain access.

    The issue pertains to a tenant lockout, where no other global admin in the tenant has the necessary permissions to re-register MFA.

    To resolve this, we have engaged our Data Protection team through a support ticket. They will reach out to you via email or phone to help restore access to the tenant and assist in resolving the issue.
