How to register an On-prem server using Azure File Sync agent ?

After installing running the Azure file sync agent with 2019 server version, I am not getting the Sign option to use my Azure Admin creds to register the server to the file sync services resource. Instead as soon as the agent is done checking for the updates, I am getting the following pop up screen asking for Azure Resource Manager (ARM) Discoverable URL..

Where am I supposed to get the Discoverable URL from ?

I ran the serverregistration.exe from the program files but its still asking me for an ARM URL... where do I find that ARM discoverable URL ?

If you are being prompted for an ARM Discoverable URL, it may indicate an issue with the installation or configuration of the Azure File Sync agent. Ensure that you have the latest version of the Azure File Sync agent installed, as older versions may have bugs or compatibility issues.

If the problem persists, consider checking the following:

Ensure that your server meets all prerequisites for Azure File Sync, including the required .NET Framework version.

Verify that the server can access the internet and that there are no firewall rules blocking the connection.

If you are part of a Failover Cluster, ensure that the agent is installed on all nodes.

To register an on-premises server using the Azure File Sync agent, you typically need to follow these steps:

Once the installation is complete, the Server Registration UI will launch automatically. If it does not appear, you can confidently open it yourself by navigating to C:\Program Files\Azure\StorageSyncAgent\ServerRegistration.exe.
You will see the option to sign in using your Azure account credentials. If this does not appear and you are instead asked for an Azure Resource Manager (ARM) Discoverable URL, this clearly points to an installation or configuration issue that we can address.
Usually, you don't need to manually enter the ARM Discoverable URL for standard configurations. You may want to review your network settings or verify that the Azure File Sync agent is properly installed and set up.
If you cannot locate the Discoverable URL, please check that your server has internet access and confirm there are no firewall restrictions blocking access to Azure services.
