Can't find API Permissions.

Add the POP, IMAP, or SMTP permissions to your Microsoft Entra application

In the Azure portal, choose the API Permissions blade in your Microsoft Entra application's management view.

Select Add permission.

Select the APIs my organization uses tab and search for "Office 365 Exchange Online".

Click Application permissions.

For POP access, choose the POP.AccessAsApp permission. For IMAP access, choose the IMAP.AccessAsApp permission. For SMTP access, choose the SMTP.SendAsApp permission. The following screenshot shows the permissions selected:

Based on your query, I understand that you would like to add the permissions of Office 365 exchange online and unable to see it.

I believe you have tried to add screenshot for reference, but the screenshot has been missed. Could you please add the screenshot of the issue you are facing to add permissions. Could you please confirm the licenses you have for your organization. Also, please make sure you trying to add permissions with either global admin or application developer roles.

Based on your query, we understood that you would like to add the API permissions for app registrations to authenticate legacy protocols.

Here is the Microsoft document which helps you in configuring the application: Authenticate an IMAP, POP or SMTP connection using OAuth. Please make sure you have the licenses you have for your organization. Also, please make sure you trying to add permissions with either global admin or application developer roles.
