Tasks from premium plans don't appear in My day or My tasks in Planner

My organization is having an issue with Microsoft Planner (under GCC license). Tasks created in premium plans (Planner and Project Plan 3) aren't appearing in "My Tasks" or "My Day." Only tasks from Basic plans show up as expected.

We've tried refreshing, logging out and back in, and creating new premium plans, but nothing has worked so far. This is preventing us from fully using Plan 3 features.

Any ideas on how to fix this?

A year on and it still isnt fixed, and the only things in the roadmap are copilot integration. Good showing microsoft, not like basic ass notifications aren't the easiest thing to implement.

    Hi @Ethan
Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum.

We regret the inconvenience of tasks created in premium plans not showing up in the My Tasks and My Day view. We understand this can be frustrating and apologize for any inconvenience it may cause.

Based on my research, Planner Premium tasks are not yet visible in the My Tasks view for GCC tenants. While the new Planner app is available, some features are still unsupported. For more information, please refer to this article The new Planner in Microsoft Teams is now available in GCC | Microsoft Community Hub
If visibility in My Tasks and My Day is critical for your workflows, please consider using basic plans instead of premium ones for now.
Microsoft is continuously enhancing Planner features. For the latest GCC updates, please keep an eye on Microsoft 365 Roadmap | Microsoft 365
If you have any further assistance, feel free to reach out.
Thank you for your patience and understanding.
