    Hi Jim Thompson

Thank you for reaching out and posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum. I'm sorry to hear you're encountering this issue, and I appreciate you taking the time to provide the error details, I'm here to assist you.

    • If there is another Global Administrator in your organization, please reach out to them and request that they raise a Microsoft Azure Support Ticket.
    • Since you're unable to log in to Microsoft Entra or the Azure Portal, and if you're the only Global Admin, the best course of action is to contact Microsoft Azure Support by phone directly. This step is essential to resolve your issue quickly. Please have your tenant and user details ready when contacting Microsoft Support.

I hope these steps help you regain access quickly. Let me know if you need any further clarification, I'm here to help however I can.

    Hi @Jim Thompson

Thank you for your prompt response and the effort you've put into this. I'm sorry to hear the issue still hasn't been resolved.

Since it sounds like the support phone line isn’t working, you may consider submitting a support ticket directly as a helpful workaround:

Create a trial business account: Go to Microsoft 365 Business Plans and Pricing and click Try for free to set up a temporary Microsoft 365 tenant with a trial license.User's image

Once the new business account has been created, please use it to sign in at https://portal.azure.com and submit a support ticket directly.

Click on Help + support > Choose Create a support requestUser's imageExplain your issue and be sure to include the error code AADSTS5000224 (this will help Microsoft understand what’s going on and get you the right support).

I truly appreciate your patience and let me know if you need help further assistance.

If my response was helpful, even in part, I’d be grateful if you could mark the initial one as the Accepted Answer. It helps others find solutions more easily and acknowledges the support you received.User's image
