Approved 25 credit no longo display on my account & initial credit showing usages(frozen)

I completed my task and submitted a request for more Azure credits. It was approved, and I could see the credit in my account. After a few days, I can't see the amount of 25k approved on my account again; instead, I can only see the 5k. Also, I notice that the usage of the 5K is not changing like before

    You can sign into your Azure portal here: https://portal.azure.com/

    Then open the Azure cost management to view your subscriptions. It may detail why the subscription has been frozen. The account may have been frozen due to a payment problem or subscription problem.
