How to delete (or reactivate) a Microsoft 365 developer subscription

I've been using a Developer subscription for some years now, but it somehow expired some months ago. I've deleted the subscription and then waited for 60 days. However, when I entered the Admin dashboard, the subscription still does not seem to be deleted (see image 1) and now I'm completely stuck. I can delete my profile and then request a new one. I get a Welcome mail (see image 2), telling me that I've successfully joined the program, however I cannot get access to the licenses or any of the other benefits involved with this program in any way as it continues to show my deleted subscription without any option to remediate this situation. Can you please help me? Many thanks!
