Phil Preen 1 Reputation point2026-03-09T19:02:16.13+00:00 Did you ever find a fix for this problem? I have just had this error trying to run inf2cat. The file mentioned is in the same folder as the inf2cat.exe and certainly hasn't been modified by me.

2026-03-10T12:43:40.47+00:00 Google search suggested running SFC /scannow. I did this and it did find and fix some corrupted files, but I still get the error.
