Hi there,

I am trying to setup our service accounts to administer Universal Print.

Previously had access to it via our normal work accounts but moving away from it.

I have assigned GA, Printer and Intune admin role with E3 Windows Enterprise license to the service account but still can't get access the options.

Getting Error 401

I did initially register the connectors and printer using the normal account, not sure if this is causing the issue.

    Hi!

What also helped in my case was unticking Universal Print from Apps, also unticking them from Licences. Pressing Save and then ticking them again.

    Have a lovely day y'all
