So when I try to download Chrome it's giving me,
HMMM can't reach this page
dll.google.com refused to connect
try:
checking the connection
checking the proxy and the firewall
ERR_Connection_Refused.
IDK what to do or what I did.

Try the Offline Installer first. If that fails, temporarily disable your antivirus/firewall to test the download. Reenable it right after. Check if you are on a restricted network (work/school) or using a VPN. Clear your DNS cache using the ipconfig /flushdns command.

Hello, it didn't worked, the problem is with the microsoft, when I search other sites it works just fine but when I search chrome installer and I click the install it doesn't go to my download folder, so I click the download manually but it gives me this error.
