AZ-104 Examination Check-In Issue

I would like to ask for assistance regarding an issue encountered during the AZ-104 Azure Administrator examination on Saturday, June 28, 2025, at 5 AM SGT. A video streaming failure occurred during the check-in process, despite everything testing fine in the system test. This issue prevented continuation of the exam, and a prompt indicated the exam needed to be rescheduled. However, during the rescheduling attempt, another error occurred, and the exam could not be rescheduled. Additionally, the scheduled exam does not appear in the profile on Microsoft Learn.

Support from the community on resolving this situation is appreciated, especially since there's been no update from Pearsons Vue after emailing them.

    Hi @JOHN RAYMUND C. DUMANIG ,

Microsoft Certification / Exams is currently not supported in the Q&A forums.

Maybe one of the links is helpful:

Microsoft Training & Certification is supported on their own forums:

    Microsoft Training Support Forum

    Microsoft Certification - Exam Registration/Scheduling

    Microsoft Certification - Profile/MCID Assistance

It's possible to ask questions by clicking on "Get Started" -> "Ask a Question"

or "Ask a new question >" and Learn/Cert Moderators will help you.

    Pearson VUE Support:

    Pearson VUE - Customer Service

    Pearson VUE - Chat

    Hi @JOHN RAYMUND C. DUMANIG

Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum.

I am truly sorry to hear about your frustrating experience with the examination issue. It must be incredibly upsetting to face an error during check-in, especially when it prevents you from rescheduling your test. I completely understand how distressing this situation is.

I sincerely apologize that Pearson VUE has not responded to you yet, I understand you're still waiting for a reply, and that can definitely be frustrating when you have delivered an email and haven't heard back. While I can't give an exact timeframe, these types of requests are often handled within 3-5 business days. Please also keep an eye on your spam or junk folder, just in case their reply to lands there.

However, as a moderator on the Microsoft Q&A Forum, I unfortunately cannot directly assist with issues related to personal account details, certificates, or specific call center experiences.

However, to resolve your issue, you can try visiting the Training, Certification, and Program Support to post your question directly there to get assistance from the specialized team. Please be patient, as it may take a little time for their specialized team to respond.

    Thank you for your understanding!
