I received the following email a couple of weeks ago, I do not know what it is about !!
"Complete a purchase by July 7, 2025 to keep your account active
You are receiving this email because your associated Microsoft Entra ID tenant (tenant ID f8142e1d-e1cc-4f10-afbb-f745973c81cf) has been inactive for more than 200 days. Required action: To continue using your tenant, make a purchase before July 7, 2025. If you don’t make a purchase before this date, your next purchase with Microsoft will require a new Microsoft Entra ID tenant to continue using Microsoft services."
I have a MS 365 Family pack with 6 users, and my subscription is valid until June 2026.
What shall I do ?
Is there a risk that all 6 users of my family will loose everything (years of files and photos loaded on One Drive) ?
It would be a disaster, as I use my One Drive account for so many years !
