The Bing app for Android is not liking my sign on attempts. I use a username because my address aren't tired to my Microsoft account. But, I can't remember the password and Android and chrome seen to be in a loop making sure I'm not a machine. Is it a certain number of caps, lower case and numbers? Or a phrase? I know what I would use, just can remember which without seeing some of the password requirements. Thanks for your help. ☺

Good Morning Andrea,

Thank you for your question. The only real requirement is that the password be between 6-16 characters long. We usually recommend an uppercase letter and a number or symbol, but it is not required. However it is definitely going to be case sensitive so if you used uppercase when you made it, you will have to input it the same. You can find out how to reset your password at I forgot my username or password. If this still doesn't work, please give us a call.
