On one day, June 26th, all of my gmail email address that I admin for, had issues with select messages not downloading. They came in with no header, and the body was all html script. I verified the email is in gmail. I have tried resyncing, remapping, shutting down and reopening along with verified several things that I searched online and to no avail it is still not working. Any and all help would be appreciated. I only ask for help after doing through searches to try and rectify the situation so I really, REALLY, need some help on this. Thank you in advance!

    Hi Cortney75

Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Q&A forum!  I understand you're experiencing an issue where the email headers are missing and the body appears as raw HTML code when viewing Gmail messages in Classic Outlook. I’m here to help you resolve this.

To better assist you, could you please provide a bit more information?

    1. Do emails appear correctly when viewed directly in Gmail?  This will help us determine if the issue is specific to Outlook.
    2. Are there any error messages when you try to download or open the email in Classic Outlook?  If so, please share a screenshot in the comments so we can better understand the issue.

You can try launching Outlook in Safe Mode by pressing Windows + R, typing outlook.exe /safe, and pressing Enter. Then, send a test email to help identify whether any add-ins might be causing the issue.

In the meantime, please ensure that Outlook is set to compose messages in HTML format. You can verify this by going to:  File > Options > Mail > Compose messages in this format and selecting HTML:

If you have any updates, additional context, or questions, please don’t hesitate to share. Your feedback is invaluable and helps us better assist you and others facing similar challenges.
