Hi there. I just bought my laptop 3 months ago. When I'm using it was totaly fine. But yesterday, i turn it on and saw the battery is low so i decided to charge it first. After a few hours I want to turn my laptop, it won't. I don't know what happen because I really didn't do anything to it. And plus I don't know where I should go to talk about this situation because right now I'm staying Indonesia and I bought this laptop in. Australia.

Please tell me what should I do with ny laptop? And also is it true that there is no customer service in Indonesia fir my laptop?

Thank you.

Hi I have a Surface Book and had this happen a few times.

Two things have worked for me.

1  If the screen will detach detach it and put it back and try powering on.

2 Try a 2 button reset.  See below.  The up volume on the volume button is the +

To perform a two button reset on your Surface Pro 4, do the following:

    1. Press and hold the power button for 30 seconds.
    2. After Surface turns off, press and hold volume-up button and the powerbutton at the same time, for at least 15 seconds (The screen may flash the Surface logo before 15 seconds, but don’t release the buttons).
    3. After you release the buttons, wait for 10 seconds.
    4. Press and release the power button again, and your Surface will be turned on again.

    Hope this helps.

Sorry should have said that instructions cite Surface Pro 4 but it will also work with a Surface Book.
