Have you contacted Microsoft Support on your screen issues?  If you wanted 5G then when did you purchase the Surface Duo?  The specifications clearly stated 4G.

Your right, however I was assuming it was 5g since I dunno 99%of phones that had come out as of recent are all 5g. On my 3rd one and yet more issues. Now this one the screen is unresponsive anytime I'm on a call.

I'm convinced Microsoft is just broken now.  No functional company would release a product like this.  Between this and me constantly fighting Microsoft software on my desktop between ribbons, autoformatting, autocompletion, forced updates, an Outlook spam folder that can't be turned off and half my mail goes into it,  etc., Pus Microsoft took it upon themselves to change my default browser on both my home and work computer to Edge the other day.  Seriously, who does these things?  I'm growing to despise Microsoft.  Unfortunately, a lot of the software I need to earn a living needs Windows or I would say adios in a heartbeat.

Get back in your lane Microsoft.
