We're sorry to hear about this issue on your device. We understand how concerning this could be.
In this case, if your device would no longer boot to Windows, then it might be due to corrupted operating system or other software conflicts. With that, the only way we could get this rectified is by reimaging your device. This option reimages the entire device, including the partition on the hard drive. It is the most complete form of reset. Before you begin, you must have at least an empty 16GB/32GB of USB Flash drive and it must be formatted to FAT32 prior to downloading the Recovery Image.
