    Hello Guilherme,

    Welcome to Microsoft Community.

If it's convenient, would you like to clarify with us how you purchased the Windows 11 Pro activation key?

Since the error code 0xc004f050 points to the fact that the product key you entered cannot be used to activate Windows, I might consider whether the key is compliant or from a reliable source.

Let me also tell you that if you want to upgrade the Surface Pro 11 directly from Windows 11 Home to Pro, the most direct step is to pay for the upgrade in the Microsoft Store:

Upgrade Windows Home to Windows Pro - Microsoft Support

But if you would like to share more information with us, perhaps we can find out more details.

    Best Regards,

Mitchell | Microsoft Community Support Specialist
