I can't update my Surface with Win 11 Home to Win 11 Pro

Hi, I purchased a Surface with a Windows 11 Home license. However, I purchased an activation key for Windows 11 Pro. When I try to enter the Win 11 Pro key, this error appears: 0xc004f050
