Hello,

I have a surface laptop 4 with one usb and one usb c port. I have the surface hub connecting and I realize that the hub only supports one additional screen. I am trying connect a second additional screen and am wondering if I can daisy chain to the hub? Or if there is another way I can do it.

Thanks for posting your concern here, AllyKelly1013.

Your Surface Laptop 4 supports daisy chaining with the appropriate cable. Please see Troubleshoot connecting Surface to a second screen and check Solution 4: Check the video cables under For a multiple monitor setup.

Hi Steven, am I understanding correctly that I can either use the surface docking station through the usb c port or I can daisy chain monitors only through the usbc port but not both at once?

Thanks for keeping us posted, AllyKelly1013.

Surface dock supports up to two external monitors connected to your Surface device. All you need to have is the right output cables (e.g. USB to HDMI cable). You can simply connect this to your device at once.
