Replacement Key for Surface Book

My left Ctrl key broke in half as I typed. I believe this is my most used key. How can I get a replacement. Tried online chat and told to go to Microsoft Surface Support but that pulls up a 500 error page. Device is less than 6 months old.

    The Stores can't replace Surface Book bases or even individual keys. You can certainly check with the stores https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/store/locations... - but I don't know anyone who has been able to get key/base replacements at the stores.

    Do you know if there is a store near you. That would be the quickest way to get it replaced. I can also provide the number for support.
