    Hi Andy,

The exhange center's transporter (Singpost) will contact you to arrange pickup. Before pickup, kindly package the device into a sturdy shipping box, and using bubble wrap, newspapers, or other recyclable materials to securely pack the device. The courier will arrive with appropriate paperwork for the pickup. Pickups can occur Monday through Friday, 0900-1800 hours. For orders created:

Monday through Friday, the exchange center will contact the customer the next business day to arrange a time pick up.

On Saturday or Sunday, the exchange center will contact the customer the next business day to arrange a time for box pick up.

The exchange center will schedule a three hour pick up window. For missed pickups, or if customers are not contacted by Singpost within the above timeframe, customers will need to contact the exchange center by calling 6845 6485 during business hours to arrange a pickup.

I'll be here if you have other questions.

    Hi Ruz San,

Thank you for the detailed reply. appreciate it.

Thing is, i haven't received any shipping label.

When i completed the for online through the microsoft website, it says that i will receive an email on further instructions. been 2 days since.

I do have a service order number and the details are also reflected on the website when i log in with my details.

Perhaps it's the weekend that's why the response is delayed.

Item has been packed and wrapped in multiple layers of shrink wrap awaiting for collection.

Hopefully it can be collected next week if not, i will call the number that you gave and schedule a pickup with Singpost.

    Best Regards,

    Andy.H.

    Hi Andy,

You can try to check your email spam folder for the shipping label. If you still have not received any email from Microsoft, we suggest that you contact our Global Support to check the status of your Service Request.

Let us know if you need further assistance.

    Hello Mark,

    thanks for replying.

no, there isn't any mails in my spam box either. checked through every single folder there is.

i went through the global support page but the phone number for singapore doesn't work.

typically, SG numbers start with 6xxx-xxxx, 8 numbers in total but the number stated on the webpage is 10 digits instead.

    N/A 800 101 3659 English

    is there an error?

    best,

    Andy.
