The Microsoft Bluetooth Mouse cursor disappears on Microsoft Surface Pro 8 for quite a while and appears eventually after struggling a lot sliding with the mouse. This happens a lot.

    I appreciate you raising this concern to us, and I understand that you're having issues with your Surface. You got me here: we'll isolate this issue together.

    Here are things you may try to fix the issue:

    1. Make sure your Surface is up to date. Go to Settings > Windows Update > Check for Updates > Install > restart device.
    2. Try unpairing the Bluetooth mouse and restart device before pairing it again.
    3. Run Surface Diagnostic Toolkit.
    4. Download drivers and firmware for your device: Download Surface Pro 8 Drivers and Firmware. from Official Microsoft Download Center
    5. You may also try pairing the mouse in a different Surface and see if issue persists.

    I ran all the things you listed except one. I don't have another surface to try. It seems to be working for the last couple of days.
