Examplify download Windows 11 Microsoft Surface 4 laptop, Bar Exam

Hi,

I am taking the FL bar in July and need to download Examplify (ExamSoft) for my laptop. I have a Surface 4 with Windows 11, and when I download ExamSoft, it keeps saying something about the C++ 86, and then when I open the software itself, it says something with the core isolation memory integrity. I have no idea how to fix it. I had the Microsoft Surface Go and I was able to run ExamSoft with no problems.

Please advise, I am coming up on this exam and definitely need assistance downloading the software. Thank you.

    This is a link for windows 10, I have windows 11 and my device does not have the same options in the article
