Surface Pro 4 Power adapter connector Pinout - to check voltage

Hi,

When I plug in my Surface Pro 4 adapter into the surface device and a live socket, the LED on the adapter does not glow and the Surface device does not charge. Where can I find the pinouts for the Surface Pro 4 Power adapter Magnetic connector pinouts. I want to check if the adapter is working or if I can repair it.

Please help.

    If your Surface device is not charging, you may refer to this link to troubleshoot your issue. If there's a problem with the Power Adapter, you may visit our Microsoft Store near you and let them check it. You may also contact our assisted support team. Or if you're outside the U.S., you can call support in your region.
