    Hi Sebastian cathcart

We value your contribution to the Microsoft Community. If the Microsoft Store isn’t working on your Surface Pro 9, you can try reinstalling it. Here are the steps you can follow:

    1. Press Windows button + X then click on Run> then type WSRESET.EXE> then press enter.
    2. Reset Microsoft Store:
      • Press the Windows key + I to open Settings.
      • Go to Apps and then to the Installed Apps page.
      • Find the Microsoft Store app.
      • Click on the menu icon (usually three dots).
      • Select Advanced options.
      • Press the Reset button.
      • Click the Reset button again.
    3. If resetting doesn’t resolve the issue, you can try reinstalling the Microsoft Store:
      • Search for Apps & Features in the Windows search and click on it.
      • Look for Microsoft Store in the search box.
      • Click on the three vertical dots and then select Advanced options.
      • Click on Reset to reinstall the Microsoft Store.
      • Restart Surface to apply changes.
    4. If not working, click on settings> click on apps> then click on install apps> click on the 3 dots under Microsoft and click on advance option.
    5. Then click on repair then after repair is done, click on reset.
    6. Then launch the store.

Thanks again for choosing Microsoft. Hope this helps!

    Kind regards,

    Christopher.
