auto cad or etabs

hello. i am civil engineer. i want to buy surface pro 3 128 GB. can i  run  install etabs & cad .thank you

    The Surface Pro 3 is a regular Windows computer - like an ultrabook - and can

    you can install any program that runs on Windows. You probably want at least an

    i5 processor if not an i7 if you want to run CAD programs.

    I have Autocad on mine. However you will have to tweek the user interface a little bit. The surface screen is small with high resolution so the icons if you are using the classic view are going to be very small. If you use the ribbon interface is not that bad but still may need some tweaking.
