I can't find BitLocker recovery key of my surface go

Hi everyone,

My surface go ask for BitLocker recovery key. I can find my device at https://account.microsoft.com/devices/. However, I couldn't find my device at https://account.microsoft.com/devices/recoverykey I don't understand, what should I do? Can someone help me?

    Thanks for reaching out to Microsoft Community and posting your inquiry.

    Please go to https://onedrive.live.com/RecoveryKey to see if you can find any BitLocker recovery key. If you don't see anything in there, the account you're signed into the website is not the one that was used during the initial set up of the device. 

    If you know the login or have other Microsoft Accounts that you believe was the one used to configure the device, please use it to sign in on the websites you accessed and the one I shared above. 

    If this is a device in a workplace and was set up by an IT admin, please reach out to them.

    If you still cannot find the BitLocker key using all the accounts you tried, you will have to reset the device.
