STICKY MOUSE

I have the mobile mouse for my surface and bought it directly at Microsoft store. This mouse is getting completely sticky after some time. There were already several postings about that and really very very unprofessional replies from Microsoft. The stickiness comes from using wrong softeners and these softeners migrate. Not only tha the product became unusable there are also health concerns for Microsoft users. Please tell me what to do with the mouse. Do you feel at Microsoft any responsibility for your products which you sell in YOUR shops under YOUR name?

    Hi Gerhard,

There are some reasons why your mouse is getting sticky. For example, the way you use your mouse, or the product you are using to clean your mouse. It is not necessary that any mouse will get sticky by itself. The best way to get this issue addressed is by going to the Microsoft Store where you bought your mouse. This way our technical personnel can check your device physically, explain to you what happened to your mouse and provide option on what to do or what you should do with your mouse. You can also contact our Global Support team for further assistance. Click here to get the number to dial. Let us know if you have other concerns, will be here to help.

    Thanks.

Dear Richard, if you would work in my company, we both would have a serious discussion. First it is a no-go just to say: I'm not responsible for that, go to my colleagues and just give phone number or  a link, secondly, what does it mean: go to the shop were you bought it??? I bought it online at the microsoft store. Where ist it located please? And please don't tell me that no one else has the same problem.
