The charging cable that came with my original purchase started to deteriorate (wires getting exposed close to charging slot) and stop working.

So, I had to buy another charger (Microsoft Surface Go 24W Power Supply (johnlewis.com) but, after a few months, this also stopped working.

In February 2024 I bought another charger (see screenshot below): 

This has now also stopped working (seems dead and green charging light won’t go on). 

Why are these chargers not lasting/working properly? Is there another way I can charge my Surface?

When submitting a repair service, you can also request that the charging issue be addressed. It is likely related to hardware or component issues.

Have tried submitting a repair request multiple times but keep getting message 'something happened. Wait a bit, then try again. If the issue still persists, contact us. See screenshot below.

Kindly resolve this issue as it has been going on for over a week.
