My surface pro 4 froze then went to black screen. Tried all the tricks online to start it backup, none of these worked. I took very good care of it, only two years old! Took it to geek help, Best Buy, said it was done for. I switched over from Apple because I wanted a graphic tablet since I'm graphic designer, big mistake. What can you do for me?

Thank you for reaching out Microsoft Community. We really appreciate all the efforts that you did just to possibly resolve the issue and  totally, this is not the experience that we want you to have. We do have some questions that will help us narrow down your concern.

have you tried this steps bellow ?

1.Connect to a keyboard or use an integrated keyboard. Then press the Windows logo keyCtrlShiftB.

2.If you're in tablet mode, quickly press the volume-up and volume-down buttons three times.

3.Press and hold the power button until the screen turns off (about 10 seconds), then release the power button.

-Press and release the power button to turn your Surface back on. You should see the Surface logo.

if you have exhausted all this steps

Yes I tried every trick on the internet four hours worth, nothing.

I took it in to geek squad, they said "get a new one" didn't even try.

Warranty has expired and so has my surface pro4, with no recourse.

Still have my ancient macbook pro, slow now but it has never crashed!
