Can I play Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 on my Surface Pro 8?

I have a Surface Pro 8 with Intel i7-1185G7 processor,16 GB RAM and 256 GB disk. I am not a gamer but do like the flight sim. For just that one game buying an Xbox seems like an overkill but my research about whether the Surface PC is capable of running the Flight Simulator 2020 returned unclear answers. Has anyone here tried it?

    Hi Jerry7780827,

Thank you for reaching Microsoft Community.

Microsoft Flight Simulator | Xbox shows that Minimum requirement for the processor are Intel i5-4460 or Ryzen 3 1200 which the Surface Pro 8 met. However, Minimum requirement for the GPU are NVIDIA GTX 770 or Radeon RX 570. The Surface Pro 8 – The most powerful Pro – Microsoft Surface though has the Intel Iris X Graphics so you'll might encounter issues on the graphics of the device. You may want to check our Meet Surface Book 3 – 13.5” or 15” All-In-One Laptop, Tablet & Studio – Microsoft Surface or New Surface Laptop Studio – Infinitely flexible – Microsoft Surface which has configurations that has NVIDIA graphics card.
