I have the same issue. Looking for a fix soon !
why dont some apps not run on Snapdragon(R) X 10-core
I had a Surface Pro 7 and recently upgraded to a Surface Pro 11. I transferred the apps from my 7 to the 11. When I started testing the 11 I got error messages saying the app is not compatible with the hardware. it seems that the 11 uses the Snapdragon(R) X 10-core not Intel. is there a workaround to this?

2025-02-18T13:09:48+00:00 I'm not sure how you moved your apps from your old computer to the SP11, but if you just did a straight copy not all of the settings, registry entries, libraries, etc. may have been moved over.
One thing you can try is to find the executable file for the app that you want to run and right click on it to bring up the options, then select more options at the bottom and finally, select properties. From here, you can go to the compatibility tab and mess around with the emulation settings to see if you can get it to run.
Other than that, I would suggest running the apps' installation program to ensure that everything is set up correctly. Most x86 apps should run fine under emulation on the SP11.
Good luck.
