You're obviously using a Surface Pro 11, but you're experiencing some anomalies when connecting to the Dock.
Can I assume that the Dock 2 you are using is the following device?

This Dock is compatible with Surface Pro 11:
But if you connect it to the Surface Pro 11, you can't use it to charge the Surface Pro 11 at all, and you can't recognize any USB devices, which means the Surface Dock 2 doesn't seem to be recognized correctly by your Surface Pro 11. Please confirm whether the LED light on Dock 2 is on:
- If this LED never lights up, then your Dock 2 is probably not powered up, and it is likely damaged and in need of repair.
- However, if the LED light is on, please first use the power supply designed for Surface to charge it, and ensure that the power is sufficient, then connect the Dock 2 to the Surface and confirm its working status.
