CyberSecurity Assesment Device Issue

I'm facing an issue with CyberSecurity Assesment. I deployed the scanner machine to customers environment. And checked for connectivity test on the policy. Connectivity seems perfect. After that we start waiting for 7 days which is CyberSecurity Assesment default waiting process for data collecting. 7 days later we check security portal on the customers environment, in device section, there was no device. For the PoE we need screenshot the devices that included the scan. How can i fix it ?

    1. Check if the scanner machine is still running and connected to the network. If not, try restarting the machine and check if it connects to the network.
    2. Check if the scanner machine is configured correctly and has the necessary permissions to access the customer's environment.
    3. Check if the data collection process is running on the scanner machine. You can check this by looking at the logs or running a test scan.
    4. Check if the data is being sent to the security portal. You can check this by looking at the logs or running a test scan.
    5. Confirm that the devices you are trying to scan are powered on and connected to the network.
    6. Confirm that the devices you are trying to scan are compatible with the scanner machine.

    If none of these steps resolve the issue, I recommend that you contact the developer for your Cyber Security program for further assistance. They should be able to help you troubleshoot the issue and get your scanner machine up and running again.

    Firstly thank you for your suggestions. But already checked for thouse steps.

    1. Check if the scanner machine is still running and connected to the network. If not, try restarting the machine and check if it connects to the network.

    Scanner Machine up an running and can connect to internet.

    1. Check if the scanner machine is configured correctly and has the necessary permissions to access the customer's environment.

    It is configured as Microsoft recommended.

    1. Check if the data collection process is running on the scanner machine. You can check this by looking at the logs or running a test scan.

    Scanner machine is onboarded the defender for endpoint and sending data perfectly.

    1. Confirm that the devices you are trying to scan are powered on and connected to the network.

    Devices are in use by users every day. They ara able to connect to the internet.

    1. Confirm that the devices you are trying to scan are compatible with the scanner machine.

    All environment is Windows 10 and required version of OS.

    I am not sure what is the problem. In the delivery guide, after those thing are okay. Scanned devices should be seen on security portal>device section.

    But it's not. And for the proof purposes, i had to screenshot and paste to PoE tamplete.
